Sarah Strohmayer MA, LPC, NCC

Therapy for Women Seeking Clarity, Healing, and Lasting Change

Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain. You may find yourself constantly managing everyone else's needs while quietly carrying your own stress, anxiety, or emotional pain. Perhaps a major life change has left you feeling uncertain, or maybe you've spent so long holding everything together that you've lost touch with yourself.

You don't have to navigate those challenges alone.

Sarah provides a compassionate, collaborative space where women can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin making meaningful changes. Her approach is rooted in curiosity rather than judgment, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools that lead to greater confidence, emotional balance, and peace.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific life event or simply know something doesn't feel quite right anymore, therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and move forward with intention.

Sarah's Approach

Sarah believes every person's story is unique, which means therapy should never follow a one-size-fits-all model. She works collaboratively with clients to explore experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to current struggles.

Sessions are individualized, blending evidence-based interventions with genuine compassion, encouragement, and practical guidance.

Sarah brings over 10 years' experience and works exclusively with women and young women ages 15 and up, across three primary populations: professional women navigating high-pressure careers; burnout; and work-life balance; college and graduate students managing academic stress and identity; and young women ages 15–18 balancing school, social anxiety, and daily life demands.
