About Me:
Dr. Lewis is both a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor. She has provided interdisciplinary treatment in settings ranging from schools to correctional institutions for clients spanning all ages. She specializes in working with individuals who have complex presentations often involving chronic and generational trauma, symptoms of severe emotional disturbance, and institutionalized marginalization. While she tends to conceptualize clients through a psychodynamic lens, she also utilizes concepts and techniques rooted in humanism, behaviorism, existentialism as well as attachment, development, and systems-based theories.
