My note to you:
You don’t have to keep surviving on autopilot. If you’ve been telling yourself, “I’ll deal with it later,” later may already be showing up as anxiety, exhaustion, irritability, numbness, or emotional shutdown. Maybe you’re functioning — but not really living.
This is where therapy becomes not a last resort — but a turning point.
I am a therapist who meets you where you are. I believe in starting where you are and working as a team to understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy is not about fixing you — it is about understanding you.

I am currently a graduate student at Missouri Baptist University completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I see clients of all ages and backgrounds; however, adolescents, young adults, and women are my particular areas of focus.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring valuable real-world experience from my role as a Community Support Specialist. In this position, I have worked closely with individuals navigating complex emotional, relational, and life stressors — offering support, advocacy, and steady presence in moments that truly matter.
This experience has taught me that mental health does not exist only inside a therapy office — it lives in relationships, routines, environments, and real-life challenges.
Because of this background, I approach therapy with deeper empathy, awareness of practical barriers, respect for survival-based coping, recognition of strength even in struggle, and a grounded, compassionate perspective.
I believe change happens best collaboratively — through relationship, safety, and reflection. Together, we explore not only what you are feeling, but why those feelings make sense within your story. To me, emotional wellbeing is not optional — it is just as important as breathing.
Unprocessed emotions don’t disappear — they wait.
They often show up later as:
Waiting doesn’t make things easier — it usually makes them heavier.
Starting therapy now doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It means you’re choosing yourself before burnout chooses for you.
You will be heard, supported, and gently guided toward understanding yourself with more compassion and clarity. I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to truly listen — to your thoughts, your emotions, and your experiences — without pressure to be anything other than human.
I also enjoy working with:
Think of me as a guide — helping you make sense of your internal world so you can move through life with more confidence, clarity, and emotional safety. Healing does not require perfection. It requires permission to begin.
My services are offered at a reduced rate of only 43.00 a session. This is helpful for those who typically cannot afford therapy, have financial challenges, or have not yet met their yearly insurance deductible.
Something in you is already ready.
You don’t have to have the words.
You don’t have to know where to start.
You just have to be willing to take one honest step.
I would be honored to take that step with you
