Join Sovereign for a nourishing practice designed to connect mind, body, and spirit. This beginner-friendly vinyasa flow will gently guide you through movement, mindfulness, and breathwork.
Together we’ll set intentions, ground into presence, and cultivate inner balance.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a safe, welcoming space to realign and restore.

We will focus on cleansing our chakras, supported by the healing resonance of crystal sound bowls and guided meditation to deepen the release.
