My focus is on relationships — the relationships we hold with others, and the relationship we hold with ourselves. If you often replay conversations in your mind, wonder why the same patterns keep repeating, or feel torn between wanting closeness and wanting to protect yourself, you are not alone. Many people seek therapy when they are tired of feeling confused in relationships but don’t yet know how to change them.
In my therapeutic space, you are invited to come exactly as you are — even if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, guarded, or unsure whether therapy can really help. If you keep telling yourself “it’s not that bad,” yet feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or quietly hurting, that is not something you have to keep carrying alone.
I am currently accepting new clients, with a specialty in working with adults who are seeking to understand parental and family relationships. If you grew up adapting to others, minimizing your own needs, or questioning your worth in connection, those early dynamics may still be shaping your relationships today — even when you logically know better. My work is grounded in parts work (IFS), attachment, and narrative therapies, helping clients develop deeper self-awareness, emotional safety, and meaningful change.

Imagine all the parts of you gathered around for dinner. Which ones light up the room with conversation? Which ones stay quiet? Which ones were never invited? You may recognize how some parts work hard to keep the peace, while others carry anger, shame, or exhaustion. When these parts are ignored, they often show up through anxiety, self-criticism, or relationship conflict. Understanding how these parts interact — and what they are protecting — is the heart of internal systems work.
Attachment-focused therapy helps heal relational wounds and build a more secure sense of self — especially if love has felt conditional, inconsistent, or unsafe. Narrative therapy allows us to examine your life story and gently question the beliefs you learned about who you are, what you deserve, and how relationships “should” work.
Together, we work toward greater understanding, self-compassion, and emotional integration — so you are no longer just surviving relationships, but actually feeling present, grounded, and connected within them.
I understand that finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and I truly honor the effort you have already made in prioritizing your well-being. I hope to offer you a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in respect.
