Marcia Ford, MSW, LCSW

    Marcia is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in community, hospital-based, and private practice settings. She supports individuals and families through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions.  Marcia received her MSW from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and completed post-graduate work in Family Therapy at Saint Louis University. 

When Marcia is not helping clients in private practice, she is a professor at Washu. This focus details Child & youth behavioral health treatment, School-based wellness programs and Trauma-informed treatment & organizations.

Marcia’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, systems-based, and cognitive-behavioral practices.
