Cara treats couples, individuals, and families. She has over 20 years of experience in trauma resolution work, as well as, being trained in the Masters and Johnsons approach to Sex Therapy. Cara also specializes in Eating Disorders and Body Image struggles.
She utilizes a variety of approaches with an emphasis in the Attachment Theory approach. This allows Cara to meet the individual needs of her clients, while helping them to identify and navigate how certain unresolved experiences; traumas; and injuries may result in unhealthy coping skills; anxiety; depression; and patterns that interfere in one's relationship with themselves and others.
