Jordan specializes in working with young adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Having walked this path herself, she now helps others trade self-doubt for self-trust. Her approach focuses on quieting the inner noise and making room for progress over perfection, so clients can show up more fully in their relationships and in their lives. Jordan is a provisionally licensed professional counselor (PLPC) and a recent graduate in the Clinical Mental Health program from Missouri Baptist University.
