Kristen Wurth is an empathetic and compassionate therapist who supports her clients where they are on their journey and helps guide them as they navigate life challenges. She believes each client is unique and strives to obtain their best self. She is trauma informed and takes a holistic and mindful approach to treatment.
Kristen has a MA Master's in Professional Counseling and a BA in Social Sciences and Middle Level Education. Prior to being a therapist, she worked in multiple settings including outpatient therapeutic environments, hospitals and schools.
Kristen also believes that every client is unique with healing, and treatment. She has additional training in CBT, EMDR, ACT, AND DBT in order to help her clients.
