Welcome to my page.

Jenna is a compassionate, relatable, authentic, empathetic therapist that truly wants to help her clients get better and move forward. She helps individuals 16 + and couples get unstuck from negative patterns, adjust to transitions, identity exploration, work through past trauma and find ways to heal buried wounds. She is a mother, wife, daughter, with 20 years' experience of being in the corporate world before she became a therapist.

Couples Session $150.00

Jenna does not accept insurance, but she is happy to provide Superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. She does take a limited number of sliding scale clients. Jenna is committed to making therapy affordable and accessible and shed love to chat if questions arise in order to make it work for you.
